Eye said RUN to get these shadows!

Today we're talking all things SHADOWS!

Now, I feel like for some reason, no one talks much about eye shadow in the makeup world today, and i'm not sure why? Eye shadows are definitely one of my favorite products to spice up any makeup look. I know that eyeshadow palettes can be a nuisance sometimes, and take up too much room in a makeup bag; but please make the room for it because they are so fun.

Whether you pick a cream or a shadow, it is important to understand how to apply it, and where to apply the different colors. I feel like a lot of people skip the shadow part, because they think their eye shape doesnt work well with it, but it is all about the application of it.

Let's discuss some of the best shadow's I have ever used. 

#1- MAC Dazzleshadow Extreme Eyeshadow- Discotheque (Silver) . 

All I can say about this shadow is WOW! I'm going on maybe my 8th year of wearing MAC shadows and I will never love another product more. These are great because they come in sooo many different shades and colors. They are also very compact and portable, which is a major plus, because no one wants to travel with a huge palette- and only ever use that one shadow in it- I know we all do that. However, these shadows are also not going to break and crack in the pan; they can be thrown around in your makeup bag and never budge. They are the most pigmented shadows you will ever use, and you can use the smallest amount to cover your lid. I have used this shadow on my friends and family for events, nights out, and even just for fun- and have never not had someone in awe of this amazing product,

#2- ColourPop Super Shock Shadow

ColourPop shadows are a great dupe for the MAC shadows, and are a more affordable option while still being super pigmented and pretty. There are so many different shadows, and I love that they come in separate little pots too like the MAC shadows. I didn't give a specific shade, because I truly cannot pick one. I have loved their white shimmer shadows, but have also loved their pink, purple and blue shadows as well. They are so fun to use, and truly a great product that will give you that perfect glow.
